This photo was taken in September, 2007 in the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Philadelphia, PA on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the arrival of the first Ukrainian Catholic bishop to the United States, Soter Ortynsky in 1907. At that time the Ukrainian Catholic bishops of the world met in their annual synod, the first time it was held outside of Europe.
